Yoga classes in West Wales and Birmingham


Classes run for 70 minutes long and are on a weekly bases. The classes can be booked individually or booked as a course of ten.

These classes cover different aspects of yoga, including hatha yoga classes with emphasis on pranayama or meditation and ashtanga yoga classes (covering either the primary series or a modified version of the second series).

Classes are suitable for all and you are welcome to go at your own pace.


Workshops run for two hours (or more, with breaks) and are an opportunity to focus more deeply on a particular aspect of yoga. They also provide a nice opportunity to socialise!


Weekly Class Schedule
